Primarily suitable for the melt filtration of steel castings, large iron castings, high-temperature master alloys, and aerospace castings. It can also be utilized in the continuous casting of copper-magnesium alloys and the low-pressure casting of non-ferrous metal alloys.

 

2. Filtration Mechanism

By means of its three-dimensional porous network structure, the filter rectifies the turbulent flow of the molten metal, converting unstable flow into stable laminar flow.
