Crafted from high-purity Silicon Carbide, this filter excels in high-temperature environments, ensuring efficient removal of non-metallic inclusions from cast iron and copper alloys. Its open-cell foam structure provides exceptional filtration efficiency, directly enhancing casting integrity, reducing scrap rates, and improving machinability.

Offers excellent thermal shock resistance, high structural strength at casting temperatures, and outstanding chemical inertness against molten metals.
Applications & Industries
Primarily used in ductile iron, gray iron, bronze, and brass casting processes. Ideal for automotive parts, pipe fittings, valve bodies, and general machinery castings.
Customization
Available in standard square and round shapes. Sizes start from 30mmx30mm (or Ø30mm) with a thickness of 10mm, and can be fully customized, including non-standard shapes. The most common standard thickness is 22mm.
