Model: Our flagship DT-1 series offers proven performance with a compressive strength ≥0.8 MPa, high porosity (80-90%), and a bulk density of 0.35-0.55 g/cm³, capable of withstanding application temperatures up to 1200°C.
Versatile Sizing: We produce standard square filters in common sizes like 305x305mm, 381x381mm, 432x432mm, 508x508mm, and 584x584mm, typically in 50mm thickness. Custom rounds, rectangles, and special shapes are also available, with the smallest dimensions starting from 30mm (length/width or diameter) and thickness from 10mm.
PPI & Flow: Available in 10 to 70 Pores Per Inch (PPI) to match your specific metal fluidity and filtration fineness requirements. Each size has a recommended melt speed range (e.g., 90-170 kg/min for 305x305mm).
Gasket Options: Supplied with your choice of normal cotton, expandable, or ceramic fiber paper gasket for a secure seal in the filter box.
