Model/Type: Built on the proven DT-1 series platform, with a composition of Al2O3, compressive strength ≥0.8 MPa, 80-90% porosity, and a bulk density of 0.35-0.55 g/cm³.
Heat Resistance: Specifically designed for application temperatures ≤1200°C, ensuring reliable performance in high-temperature aluminum alloy casting.
Sizes & Shapes: We offer industry-standard square formats (e.g., 305*305mm, 381*381mm, 432*432mm, 508*508mm, 584*584mm) typically in 50mm thickness. Custom rounds, rectangles, and unique shapes with dimensions starting from 30mm in length/width or diameter, and thicknesses from 10mm upwards, are also available.
Performance: Promotes steady metal flow, reduces slag and pinhole defects, and increases product yield.
